The idea of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights was to create a text that would be acceptable to all 195 states of the United Nations. Today, the Declaration has seen the light of day and continues its progress in order to be known and adopted by all public and private actors. The aim of this declaration is not to replace existing texts but to build a complementary text setting out not individual but collective rights and duties. This declaration proposes in particular to create an interdependence between living species, to ensure their right to exist and the right of Humanity to live in a healthy and ecologically sustainable environment. We need you and your support to grow the Declaration. Join us!”
